Return Policy

All returns are subject to approval and a 15% re-stocking fee. Merchandise must be in its original packaging and in its original condition. If an item is delivered damaged by the shipping company, a claim should be immediately filed with the shipping company. If necessary, pictures of damaged item should be taken as well to speed up the claim process.

At this time SealersRus should also be informed of such claim. Shipping charges for goods damaged by the shipping company may not be refunded.

SealersRus will do everything necessary to provide customers with the best customer service available so not to cause any extended inconvenience.

SealersRus will issue store-credit for all approved returned merchandise. Store-credits expire one year from issuing date. A refund will be issued to customers only with a manager's approval. In such event, payment will be returned in the same manner it was received, minus all shipping and handling fees as well as the 15% re-stocking fee. We will refund all shipping and handling fees only if an error occurred on our part.
